Delete your account

You can delete your Cultivate account and associated data at any time.

Inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Cultivate and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you can't access the app, email hello@yourdomain.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify and complete the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, sign-in record and email address
• Your crops, logs, notes and settings

What may be kept

Limited transaction records required by tax or legal rules, and anonymised analytics that cannot identify you. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play.
